Suvidha Talent Pvt. Ltd. in Kolhapur district, Maharashtra, seeks a Site Acquisition Executive (Field) to identify non-urban sites and drive end-to-end acquisitions. This role requires field visits, negotiations with landowners, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, RF and Deployment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and 1–6 years of experience, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi. Travel to site locations is expected.

• Ensure statutory and company compliance.
• Maintain good relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
• Resolve landowner queries and payment-related issues.
• Prepare and submit site survey/acquisition reports.
• Coordinate site handover to the Deployment team.
• Build relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
