Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a SIAM Lead position in Delhi. The candidate should have 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in SIAM / Integrated Service Delivery, and strong expertise in SIAM operating models and ITIL v4 practices. Interview mode is virtual.

Experience with managing multiple vendors across infrastructure and applications and hands-on ITSM tooling, preferably ServiceNow, is required. Governance, OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and RACI knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in SIAM / Integrated Service Delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIAM operating models, service integration layers, and ITIL v4 practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple vendors / tower-based service providers across infrastructure and applications. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) covering Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, CMDB, and Reporting.
• Strong exposure to service governance, OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and RACI models.
