Job summary

Decmore Panels Limited is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Delhi/NCR to drive business growth with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and project customers. You will manage showroom sales operations, visit clients, and lead a small sales team to achieve targets.

You will develop strategies to increase revenue, analyze market trends, build strong relationships, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to promote interior solutions products.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to architects, interior designers, contractors and dealers.
• Knowledge of decorative panels and interior materials is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop business through architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, builders and project customers.
• Regularly visit architects, interior designers and dealers in the assigned local market.
• Identify new dealers and business opportunities to expand the market.
• Manage showroom sales operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team leadership.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective business development and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in interior solutions products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
