The role focuses on premium bathware and luxury products, with emphasis on customer service and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have 0–2+ years in retail or showroom sales, strong communication in Bengali and Hindi, basic English, and familiarity with POS billing software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers including architects, designers and homeowners.

• Manage billing, GST invoices, quotes and receipts with billing software.
• Keep displays neat and appealing and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track inventory inquiries and follow up with clients.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and dynamic Female Sales & Billing Executive for our newly opened CERA Style Gallery showroom in Liluah. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients, explaining our range of premium bathware & sanitary products, managing counter sales, and handling billing and customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Attendance: Warmly welcome walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, and homeowners entering the showroom.
• Product Assistance & Counter Sales: Demonstrate and explain features of premium CERA bathware, faucets, smart toilets, and luxury products according to customer requirements.
• Billing & Invoice Generation: Manage the billing counter, generate accurate GST invoices, quotes, and receipts using sales software.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays, counter areas, and customer zones are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Relationship Management: Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
• Stock & Inquiry Follow-up: Track inventory inquiries, coordinate orders, and follow up with prospective clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Gender: Female preferred.
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 0 to 2+ years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, billing, or showroom sales (Experience in building materials, sanitaryware, or home decor is an added advantage).
• Communication Skills: Good speaking skills in Bengali and Hindi (Basic English knowledge is preferred).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge for billing/POS software and MS Excel.
• Personality: Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and good customer relation skills.
