• 4+ years of showroom execution or retail project management experience.
• Experience in Bathware, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Tiles, CP Fittings, or Home Improvement industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of showroom design execution, fabrication, and visual merchandising.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead showroom execution activities for the Bathware business. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing showroom projects across locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, project timelines, quality requirements, and budget controls.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution of bathware showrooms, experience centers, and display outlets.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, designers, vendors, contractors, and channel partners for timely project completion.

• Ensure showroom layouts, product displays, branding elements, and visual merchandising are executed as per company guidelines.

• Monitor project schedules and ensure completion within agreed timelines and budgets.

Project Management

• Prepare project execution plans and track progress against milestones.

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, installation standards, and compliance with approved designs.

• Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.

• Ensure all civil, plumbing, electrical, and fixture installations are completed as per specifications.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, fabricators, and execution partners.

• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure cost-effective project execution.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Quality & Brand Compliance

• Ensure all showrooms maintain a premium customer experience and reflect brand identity.

• Conduct periodic audits of existing showrooms and recommend improvements.

• Maintain consistency in display standards, branding, signage, and product presentation across locations.

Budget & MIS

• Track project budgets and control execution costs.

• Prepare periodic MIS reports on project status, timelines, budgets, and completion schedules.

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and completion reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in showroom execution, retail project management, or interior fit-outs, preferably in Bathware, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Tiles, CP Fittings, or Home Improvement industries.

• Strong understanding of showroom design execution, fabrication, visual merchandising, and project management.

• Experience in handling multiple showroom projects simultaneously across regions.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.

• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel for project monitoring and execution activities.
