Job description

The Role

You will run our Gurgaon experience centre the floor, the team, and the revenue. This is a hands-on role: you will lead the showroom team and also personally handle and close high-value customers. It is not a supervisory-only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Gurgaon showroom's monthly revenue target
• Personally handle and close high-value customers through selection to order
• Lead and manage the showroom team daily targets, rosters, floor discipline, performance
• Host architects, designers and their clients for selections, working alongside the Business Development Manager
• Own display standards, floor readiness, sample management and overall presentation of the centre
• Coordinate stock, quotations, delivery timelines and order status with the warehouse and back office
• Maintain follow-up discipline on every enquiry until closure or drop-off
• Report footfall, enquiry, conversion and revenue to leadership

Who We Are Looking For

• 5-10 years in showroom or retail sales, with experience managing a store and a team
• Background in tiles, sanitaryware, and surfaces
• Proven ability to personally close high-ticket sales we will discuss your actual numbers in the interview
• An existing base of contractors, builders, designers or repeat clients you actively work with
• Strong command of English and Hindi our clientele and the design professionals we work with expect it
• Natural authority with a team; able to set standards and hold people to them
• Punctuality, daily reporting and follow-up rigour are non-negotiable in this role
