Job summary

Jayanita Exports is seeking a diligent Export Logistics Coordinator in India to streamline shipments from origin to destination. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare and verify documents, and liaise with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents (CHAs), courier partners, and shipping lines.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable shipping and customs requirements.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal departments and customers.
• Arrange vehicle placement, loading schedules, dispatch planning, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, freight costs, shipment status, and delivery confirmations.
• Follow up on pending shipments, transit delays, and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Support cost control, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
