Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing first-piece and in-process inspections, maintaining quality and traceability, and preparing production and handover records. You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Planning to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
• Allocate jobs and manpower to CNC/VMC machines.
• Monitor machine setup, tool setting, offsets, and CNC programs.
• Ensure components meet drawing specifications and dimensional tolerances.
• Monitor first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain product quality, traceability, and batch identification.
• Minimize rejection, rework, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
• Ensure machine maintenance, housekeeping, and 5S activities.
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards such as ISO 13485, where applicable.
• Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift handover records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning departments.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets and on-time delivery.
