Job summary

Rane Group is seeking a hands-on manufacturing professional for CNC operations. You will monitor productivity, OEE, cycle time, and rejections while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining tool and production records, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and allocating operators to meet changing production needs with smooth shift handovers.

Qualifications

• CNC manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tolerances.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specs.
• Hands-on quality inspection and first-pass yield focus.
• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities

• Tool consumption cost per component tracking and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement 5S in the shop floor.
• Maintain production, rejection, downtime, and tool consumption records.
• Monitor productivity, OEE, cycle time, and rejection percentages.
• Report production issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.
• Allocate operators and setters according to production needs.
• Ensure proper shift handover and effective communication.
