3. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff, including operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel.
4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
