Job summary

Supreme in Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh, seeks a Sr. Officer in Production to ensure safe, efficient execution of production activities per plan, quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements. The role focuses on optimizing manpower, materials, machinery, and process efficiency while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will train operators, support continuous improvement, and maintain records. Minimum 5–6 years in production with BE/B.Tech and SAP exposure preferred.

• BE /B.Tech (Chemical), B.Tech (Plastics) or PGT-CIPET.
• SAP Exposure preferred.
• Experience 5-6 years in Production.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure products meet quality and process specifications.
• Minimize production losses, downtime, waste, and rejection.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and utilities.
• Monitor and control process parameters as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, E&I, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SOP, and statutory requirements, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, reports, and documentation.
• Identify process problems and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S/ workplace standards.
• Train and guide operators on safe and correct production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Compliance & Governance: adhere to company policies; comply with statutory requirements; support audits.
