Job summary

Supreme in Malanpur (Production) is seeking an Officer to execute daily production plans, monitor processes, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You will guide operators, manage resources efficiently, and contribute to continuous improvement in a GMP-compliant environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in production, BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Plastics or CIPET qualifications, with exposure to SAP and MS-Office considered an advantage. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Plastics or CIPET specialty.
• 3–5 years of experience in production operations.
• Exposure to SAP and MS-Office would be advantageous.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of production activitiesin accordance with the production plan, quality standards, SOPs, and safetyrequirements, while optimizing manpower, materials, equipment, and processefficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1.Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.

2.Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

3.Ensure products meet quality and process specifications.

4.Minimize productionlosses, downtime, waste, and rejection.

5.Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and utilities.

6.Monitor and control process parameters as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

7.Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SOP, and statutory requirements, where applicable.

8.Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, reports, and documentation.

9.Identify process problems and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

10.Ensureproper housekeeping and 5S/workplacestandards.

11.Guideoperators on safe and correct production procedures.

12.Supportcontinuous improvement and productivityenhancement initiatives.
