• Knowledge of DWM, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor Daily Work Management (DWM) plans for MC Shop operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on production requirements, workload, and machine capacity.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production interruptions.
• Track daily production against planned targets and identify gaps.
• Monitor manpower productivity, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production losses, downtime, bottlenecks, and manpower-related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production and productivity reports.
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement, manpower optimization, and process efficiency.
• Support capacity planning and resource requirements for MC Shop expansion.
• Escalate production constraints and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Drive adherence to production plans, standard work practices, and performance targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, and waste reduction.

To support the MC Shop expansion by effectively planning and monitoring manpower, materials, and daily production activities through DWM (Daily Work Management).
