You will drive spare parts management, implement cost-saving process improvements, and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• B.E / B. Tech in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance to ensure plant reliability.
• Drive spare part management and inventory optimization.
• Implement process improvements and cost-saving modifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety SOPs.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintenance documentation regularly.

Achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives bycontributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;preparing and completing action plans;implementing production, productivity,quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits;identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

StrategicInitiatives:

Meet electrical maintenance financial objectives by forecastingrequirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzingvariances; initiating corrective actions.

Accomplish electrical maintenance human resource objectives byorienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees;communicating job planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions;planning and encouraging the team to follow policies and procedures.

Preventive Maintenance

MonitoringBreakdown, Preventive, Predictive Proactive maintenance are conducted ontime.

Checking and assessing plant andequipment health as necessary on regular basis.

Escalatingcritical issues related to electrical maintenance needs of the plant, equipmentand accessories.

Makingrecommendations for improvements on systems and processes based on assessmentdone.

Monitoringthe right task allocation based on their experience and capacity to techniciansand to support with quick and robust decision making.

Ensuringcompletion of appropriate preventive maintenance documentation and internalrecords as per ISO specifications.

Break Down Maintenance

Perform the root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns find a permanent solution.

• Doing root cause analysis to reduce routine problems or trivial break down complaints.
• Ensure completion of the appropriate documentation, as required time to time.
• Attending to urgent matters as they arise depending on the priority analysis.

SparePart Management

• Responsible for maintaining the optimum level of inventory of all the critical spare parts.

Utilities/Enhancements

• Responsible for process enhancements/development jobs as per the plant requirements.
• Making Modifications/Amendments on the spare parts with a focus on cost saving.
• Ensure carry out in-house low-cost automation projects to meet customer expectation.

Compliances

To ensure compliance Clearancefrom Government bodies to avoid any statutory violence.

SafetyPerspective

Ensuring Overall departmental compliances related tosafety as per SOPs.

MIS Reports / Documentation

Responsible for providing Comparison sheets for Target Planned VsAchieved / Breakdown Occurrence Analysis / Corrective and PreventiveAction (CAPA) taken to management on daily / weekly / monthly basis etc.
