Job summary

KANDUI Industries Pvt.ltd is seeking a Production Shiftincharge for on-site work in India. The role requires 4–5 years of extrusion/master batch experience, ability to manage 60–70 workers per shift, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).

ISO documentation knowledge is essential to ensure consistent product quality. The candidate will plan shift Manning, coordinate with maintenance and QA, and generate daily production reports.

• Plan Manning requirements and shift plans; guide supervisors/operators.

• Draw production schedule and ensure cost-effective production.

candidate have compounding or master batch background (share your profile [e-mail])

2] should have knowledge/ experience (of at least 4-5 years) of extrusion process and machinery (especially master batch/fillers/compounds),

3) should be able to handle 60-70 workers in a shift

.4] Basic knowledge of computer (word, excel, email).

5] Basic machine maintenance knowledge.

6] Should have knowledge of ISO documentation & procedures to ensure consistent production quality

7] Should have knowledge to maintain machine process parameters to ensure consistent product quality

8] To generate the required reports and coordinate with the maintenance team for the various maintenance activities.

9] To plan the manning requirements, shift plans and guide the shift supervisors/operators in the operation of the Plant.

10] Responsibility of entire shift

Work Exp : 4to 5yrs and more.

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma /CIPETComputer knowledge : Basic knowledge of computer (word, excel, email).Annual CTC : 5-6 Lakhs. Number of vacancies : 2

Preferred Candidate Location : Vapi/Damam/Silvasa/Gujrat

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
