Fresher / Experienced

3-5 years of experience in blow moulding or plastic manufacturing. Strong knowledge of blow AND INJECTION moulding processes and machinery.

Work

Preventive and Breakdown of Machine Maintenance

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of blow moulding machines.
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Ensure smooth machine functioning with minimal downtime.
• Assist in maintenance of moulds and ancillary equipment.

Process Optimization

• Monitor blow moulding and injection moulding processes.
• Identify process issues affecting quality or productivity.
• Support implementation of process improvements.
• Help reduce rejection and improve efficiency.

Quality Control and ISO/Customer Audits

• All work related to ISO/GMP
• Assist in maintaining product quality standards.
• Support inspection and quality checks.
• Help in documentation related to ISO and quality systems.
• Assist during customer and internal audits.

Training and Development

• Support daily production activities.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure production targets are met with quality standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documents.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Participate in technical training and skill development.

Production Management

• Manage production activities to ensure execution of production schedules and maintenance of expected quality standards.

New Product and Mould Development

• Assist senior engineers in new product and mould development.
• Support trials and implementation activities.

Vendor Management

• Support vendor communication and documentation.
• Assist during vendor audits and evaluations.

Required Skills
