• Formulate strategies to reduce risks and enhance efficiency through tech developments, MTTR reductions, and improvement projects.
• Ensure laser cutter uptime and meet targets for capacity, costs, EBITDA, and preventive maintenance adherence.
• Achieve 100% safety inspection adherence to demonstrate OHS leadership and a safe working environment.

The Cluster Manager - Stringer is responsible for overseeing the operations of the stringer production cluster, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role emphasizes building strong teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business practices. By adhering to the annual business plan and leading organizational development initiatives, the Cluster Manager plays a vital role in achieving the cluster's operational goals and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Organization & Team Building: - Execute the Adani Business Excellence Model and conduct internal technical knowledge sharing sessions to develop capable, self-managed teams.
• Customer Orientation: - Improve customer satisfaction by implementing robust CAPA and achieving zero line stoppage due to spare unavailability.
