Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift lead role within a Steel Melting Shop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a commitment to safety and process discipline.

Responsibilities
