Job summary

JSW Steel Limited is seeking a Front Line Executive to oversee frontline activities in the Hot Strip Mill. You will monitor production, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will work with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to address issues, analyze data, and train operators while ensuring compliance with environmental and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience in hot strip mill environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control hot strip mill operations for smooth production flow.
• Regularly inspect equipment to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address issues and minimize downtime.
• Implement SOPs and ensure frontline staff adherence.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
