Crystal Furnitech Pvt Ltd. in Nagpur district, Maharashtra, India, seeks a Sheet Metal Production Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in sheet metal and furniture manufacturing.

You will plan daily activities, monitor cutting, bending, punching and welding, read drawings, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and drive efficiency gains. Responsibilities include coordinating with quality, maintenance, PPC, and production teams; tracking materials and manpower; reducing waste and downtime;

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal and furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Proven skills in production planning, quality control, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor daily sheet metal production activities.
• Handle production processes such as cutting, bending, punching, and welding.
• Monitor CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, and press brake operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and production teams.
• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and raw material consumption.
• Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
• Maintain daily production reports and other relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S practices.
