• Ensure correct material grade, thickness, and specs per production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, productivity, and downtime for laser cutting and bending machines.
• Verify quality and dimensional accuracy of laser-cut and bent components.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Dispatch to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain daily production reports, machine utilization, and material consumption records.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce wastage.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Guide and supervise operators to ensure safe operations.
