Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced CPQ Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Conga CPQ implementations on Salesforce. You will gather pricing, quoting, and revenue requirements, design scalable CPQ architectures, and configure complex CPQ workflows integrated with Salesforce.

• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ implementation and support.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
• Knowledge of product configuration, pricing models, discounting, and approvals.
• Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards.
• Salesforce development knowledge:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Conga Contracts and Conga Composer.
• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Enterprise integration experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
