Job summary

Everforth Quinnox in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who can join immediately. You will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

You will apply deep Salesforce knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, APIs) to assess feasibility, collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA and Product teams, and drive delivery through agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a Salesforce Business Analyst background.
• Strong Salesforce technical knowledge across Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, APIs, integrations, data model, and security.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and impact analysis.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutioning.
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
• Exposure to Agentforce/AI, Data Cloud, or other emerging Salesforce technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Leverage strong Salesforce development knowledge to assess technical feasibility, impact, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA, Integration, and Product teams for solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, security, Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs/integrations.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions and process improvements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Act as Scrum Master by removing impediments, tracking sprint progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT/PROD, defect triage, release activities, and production support.
• Track risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery status and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, Salesforce best practices, and delivery standards.
