Job summary

Sonyo Management Consultants in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to drive implementation, configuration, and support of the Compensation module. You will lead compensation planning cycles, templates, and business rules, and collaborate with HR and Payroll for smooth operation.

The role requires hands-on expertise in compensation, Employee Central integration, and delivering functional documentation and knowledge transfer to business teams.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of SAP/HR technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation planning and annual cycles.
• Experience with templates, worksheets, statements, budgets and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end annual compensation cycles and planning processes.
• Configure templates, worksheets, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
• Work on business rules, route maps, workflows, and permissions.
• Configure and support compensation statements and employee-facing processes.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Compensation configurations.
• Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Support enhancements and continuous improvements to Compensation solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIT and other teams.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
• Support integration with Employee Central and other modules.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SuccessFactors Compensation module. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with compensation planning, compensation cycles, templates, worksheets, business rules, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities

Education
