Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; perform or support data migration activities
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review; collect and process feedback
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules; prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs; implement minor enhancements based on client feedback

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
