Qualifications

• Existing network with hospitality, hospitals or institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts and spare parts.
• Identify and convert opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients in hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
• Collaborate with service, operations and projects teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts and achieve targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

We are Hiring Service Sales Manager for a leading Kitchen Equipment Supplier Co. for Gurgaon Location

Qualification - Bachelors, Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering, MBA in Marketing & Sales

Experience - 5- 8 Years of experience in service sales / after-sales / AMC sales (preferably in industrial / Commercial kitchen equipment / HVAC / Refrigeration / facility management services or similar industry with Existing network in hospitality, hospitals, or institutional clients

Job Responsibilities -

Drive service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts, spare parts, and refurbishment projects

• Identify and convert opportunities within existing clients and new accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, projects) for seamless execution
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding of engineering systems
