Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Services Analyst to support a 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization. You will own complex reporting and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data-driven insights for operational efficiency.

You will develop forecasts, manage Anaplan/Tableau updates, and participate in monthly variance analysis, budgeting, and compensation planning. A 2+ year background and BI tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with BI reporting platforms such as Tableau and Anaplan.
• Ability to perform data backend analysis and draw insights.
• Exposure to handling confidential data.
• Strong initiative, ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate cross-team.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

The Delivery Excellence team supports Akamais 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization. This organization is made up of Professional Services, Customer Support, and Account Management. The team uses complex data and action driven tools/models to influence operational efficiency, quality and compliance.

Partner with the best

Services Analyst supports end-to-end implementation of simple and highly complex reporting. The timeline of implementation may range from days to months depending on complexity. Services Analysts will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify business risks through data analysis and make recommendations.

As a Services Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing financial forecasts and business models; managing updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Assisting in monthly reporting through variance analysis and trends; providing accurate insights on financial performance.
