Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is seeking a quality-focused tester to work on ServiceNow ITSM modules in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and execute automated ATF test cases, validate Service Catalog items and workflows, and perform hands-on testing of the Virtual Agent with integrations to workflows.

The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and transition teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and business requirements.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ATF.
• Experience testing Service Catalog items and catalog workflows.
• Hands-on testing of ServiceNow Virtual Agent and integrations.
• Defect tracking and coordination with dev and QA teams.
