Job summary

Zensar Technologies seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build, and deliver scalable ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications across single and multi-domain environments. You will provide technical leadership, educate stakeholders on options and risks, and ensure high-quality implementations aligned to best practices and customer outcomes.

You will drive architecture conversations, mentor teams, and contribute to pre-sales discussions as part of a hybrid delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT industry experience with hands-on ServiceNow delivery.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Domain Separation, ITOM and CMDB architecture.
• Mandatory certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM.
• Preferred: CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for client.
• Identify, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions, advising on options, risks, and architectural impacts.
• Lead delivery of solutions with minimal oversight; support efficient scoping and estimation.
• Represent Zensar Technologies in customer forums and professional bodies.
• Configure and develop ITOM capabilities including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
• Educate customers, negotiate technical decisions, and support pre-sales.

Role Summary: We’re seeking a hands‑on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications, within single and multi‑domain environments. You’ll contribute technical leadership to delivery, educate stakeholders on solution options and risks, and ensure high‑quality implementations aligned to best practices and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for client.
• Identify, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions, advising on options, risks, and architectural impacts.
• Lead delivery of solutions with minimal oversight; support efficient scoping and estimation.
• Represent Zensar Technologies in customer forums and professional bodies.
• Configure and develop ITOM capabilities including Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
• Implement and enhance processes across ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.
• Design and develop upgrade‑safe Scoped Applications and manage Domain Separation.
• Educate customers, negotiate technical decisions, and support pre‑sales.

Technical Expertise

• Platform Core: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, ACLs, Update Sets.
• ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration.
• Suites: ITSM, CSM, HRSD configuration.
• Custom Development: Scoped Apps, Scripted APIs, client/server scripts.
• Security: Domain Separation, RBAC.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years IT industry experience with hands‑on ServiceNow delivery.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Domain Separation, ITOM and CMDB architecture.
• Mandatory certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM.
• Preferred: CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management.

Education
