Job summary

Role-Infor LN, Baan 5, Baan IV, at Zensar, administers and supports Infor LN and Infor OS environments, including ION Desk, IDM, and ION API. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, security administration, and integration development with ION and C4WS.

The candidate will also develop automation scripts (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Shell), perform data refreshes, and collaborate with Linux admins, Oracle DBAs, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and DR

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL querying for data retrieval and analysis.
• AWS certified with foundational cloud concepts knowledge.
• Experience with Shell scripting and Ansible for automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
• Knowledge of load balancing concepts for availability and performance.
• Good networking knowledge (IP, DNS, ports, protocols).
• Familiarity with ELK stack is an added advantage.
• Awareness of cloud cost management and optimization strategies.
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts to support business needs.
• Experience with label designing and related configuration tasks.
• Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Jenkins.

Role-Infor LN, Baan 5, Baan IV

• 1. Administer and support Infor LN (Baan V) and Infor OS environments, including ION Desk, IDM, and ION API
• 2. Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Baan V/LN (Tools and Functional components)
• 3. Configure and maintain system parameters to ensure optimal performance and stability
• 4. Handle user access, roles, and security administration across Baan V/LN and Infor OS platforms
• 5. Perform troubleshooting of job failures, performance issues, and user incidents, including root cause analysis using Baan tracing tools
• 6. Support DEM, Job Management, Device Management, and Audit Management activities
• 7. Manage SLM licensing, including installation, compliance monitoring, and maintenance for Baan and interface licenses
• 8. Perform LNUI installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• 9. Develop and troubleshoot system integrations using ION and C4WS
• 10. Execute data refresh activities (Production to Test environments) ensuring data consistency and validation
• 11. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Shell) to improve operational efficiency
