Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITAM Developer/Specialist for a remote contract role (6 months, extendable). The candidate will own end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle Management, work with CMDB, Discovery, and develop complex scripting and integrations.

Strong experience in ITAM/SAM/HAM and ITIL is preferred. The role involves building and maintaining integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Transform Maps, with production support and deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITAM/HAM/SAM.
• CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery experience.
• Scripting and integrations in ServiceNow.
• CSA/CAD, ITIL, or enterprise ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Work with CMDB, CIs, Discovery, normalization & reconciliation.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, ACLs & Scheduled Jobs.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Import Sets & Transform Maps.
• Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Intune, SAP/ERP and procurement systems.
• Support testing, upgrades, deployments and production issues.

ROLE OVERVIEW
