Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow experience across development, administration, and consulting roles.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, CMDB, and IntegrationHub modules.
End-to-end implementation experience and stakeholder management.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA) preferred.

Requirements

Experienced ServiceNow professional across Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, Integration Engineer, Support Engineer, or Product Owner roles
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Expertise in one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, or IntegrationHub
Strong problem-solving skills
End-to-end implementation experience
Stakeholder management capabilities
Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CTA highly preferred
Willingness to work from either the Bengaluru or Hyderabad office based on business requirements

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and integration, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and other relevant modules. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives in digital transformation projects.
