Job summary

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant on a full-time basis. The role focuses on service management and asset management design, platform configuration, and development to optimize ServiceNow deployments.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess current processes, define requirements, and architect comprehensive implementation plans for complex projects while mentoring the delivery team and staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow core UI, workflow configuration and report development
• Experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, or SecOps suites
• ServiceNow certifications for CSA and CAD (or commitment to attain within 90 days)

Milestone Technologies is actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. The company is looking for experienced ServiceNow delivery experts with a strong background in assisting organizations in adopting service management and asset management best practices and optimizing them on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will possess expertise in service management/asset management process design and ServiceNow configuration and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define requirements, determine integration needs, and develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope and complex projects
• Work with Milestone Technologies business development and leadership teams to scope new project opportunities and contribute to proposal development
• Lead and conduct requirements, scoping, and design workshops, ensuring thorough documentation of requirements
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the Milestone Technologies implementation team
• Maintain a deep and comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, third-party solutions, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, customers, and project teams to architect and design solutions that leverage native configuration opportunities
• Identify and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform for custom applications both within and outside of ITSM
• Deliver hands‑on configuration, development, and integration services as a senior technical member of the team, ensuring delivery assurance for all project deliverables
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance, leading test remediation cycles
• Lead practice build efforts, including the development of practice intellectual property (IP)

Skills

• Expert-level understanding and implementation experience with at least two of the following three ServiceNow application suites: ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, and/or SecOps
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO)
• Experience leading at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with ServiceNow
• Advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall)
• Minimum of 3+ years experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
• Experience and comfort in public speaking situations (IP)

Skills

• 8+ years within the ITSM industry, including asset management
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
• 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components (e.g., LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Experience in reconciling software license positions
• Integration experience, including but not limited to SCCM or other software discovery tools
• Participation in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall)
• ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (or commitment to attain these certifications within 90 days of hire date)
