- Provide clear, actionable reporting to technology leaders, Procurement, Finance, application owners, and business stakeholders.
- Develop SAM standards, procedures, controls, documentation, and ownership models that support consistent execution and audit readiness.
- Monitor SAM performance, identify process gaps, and maintain a prioritized improvement roadmap.
Renewals, Compliance, and Stakeholder Partnership
- Support software renewals by comparing entitlements, allocations, usage, growth trends, business demand, and contract terms before purchase commitments are made.
- Perform effective license position reviews and support internal compliance assessments, publisher reviews, and software‑audit response activities.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance to improve visibility into software commitments, spend, renewal timing, and optimization opportunities.
- Work with application owners and business leaders to validate demand, address exceptions, and implement approved optimization actions.
- Communicate findings in practical business terms, including financial impact, operational considerations, risk, and recommended next steps.
