Job summary

HCLTech in India seeks a seasoned Technology Architect / Solution Consultant to lead ServiceNow design and transformation roadmaps. You will coordinate technology teams across onshore and offshore locations, develop technical solution designs, and present to client executives.

You will mentor peers, create SOWs, support sales during qualification, and stay current on product developments. Strong communication, analysis, and client-facing experience are essential; ITIL foundation preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow solution design and transformation roadmap.
• Consulting experience and/or Technology Architect certification preferred.
• Experience as solution architect or business consultant in client-facing capacity on ServiceNow or similar platform.
• ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across multiple regions.
• Develop technical solution design and create corresponding cost estimates.
• Present and discuss solutions with client executives.
• Present technology solution to internal executive approvers.
• Help clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing as-is processes and creating technology solutions that support business drivers.
• Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a proposed business case and solution design.
• Act as customers' key contact on the proposed technology solution.
• Create SOW for the proposed solution and transition to Build team on contract signature.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying customer needs and participate across the sales lifecycle for strategic customers.
• Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners.
• Demonstrate products via standard or tailored demos onsite and remotely; maintain demo environments.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses and stay current on product developments and competitive differentiators.

Skill Profile

• Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remotely.


• Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)


• Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents


• Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV


• Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors


• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.


• Act as the subject matter expert at Executive briefings / marketing events
