Job summary

Accenture is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect Associate Manager to lead end-to-end solution architecture for Enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role includes driving pre-sales, shaping technical roadmaps, and mentoring delivery teams across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.

You'll collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and clients to translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures, define integrations, and ensure upgrade readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and solutioning.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow product lines (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM, App Engine).
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar middleware.
• Active ServiceNow certifications, CIS certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 and Agile/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine, and other ServiceNow modules
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow architectures and technical blueprints
• Drive pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFP responses, effort estimation, solution proposals, and client presentations
• Act as the trusted technical advisor during client workshops and ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities
• Define integration strategies, data models, and governance frameworks in collaboration with enterprise architects and delivery teams
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, technical debt, and optimization opportunities
• Participate in client orals, demos, and visits to showcase Accenture's ServiceNow capabilities and solutions
• Mentor delivery teams on platform best practices, development standards, and upgrade readiness
• Stay current with ServiceNow roadmap, innovations, and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations to clients

What We're Looking For

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and solutioning roles
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow product lines such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM, or App Engine
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, Integrations (REST/SOAP/MID), ACLs, and scripting
• Experience leading client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder-facing technical discussions
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
• Active ServiceNow certifications, with CIS certifications in multiple modules preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL v4, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent
• Consulting or advisory experience in a large SI, technology, or product organization
• Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments and complex organizational structures
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong executive communication, client engagement, and solution storytelling skills
