Job description

The ServiceNow Platform Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, automation, integration, and operational support of the ServiceNow platform and related enterprise workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, or engineering solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model including tables, dictionary attributes, reference relationships, CMDB/CI relationships, and lifecycle implications.
• Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Import Sets and Transform Maps, REST/SOAP integrations, and troubleshooting platform issues across workflows, scripts, integrations, ACLs, and data conditions.
