Job summary

Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Developer based in India to design, customize, and enhance full-stack solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including UI Builder and Workspace experiences.

You will translate complex business requirements into robust applications, write and maintain scripts and front-end components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience with at least 6+ years on ServiceNow.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to build, customize, and enhance solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
The role offers the opportunity to work on modern platform capabilities, including UI Builder and Workspace experiences.
You will combine strong development and scripting expertise with a focus on scalable, user-friendly platform solutions.
The position involves translating business and technical requirements into robust ServiceNow applications and experiences.
Experience with Customer Service Management, Now Assist, or emerging Agentic AI capabilities would be an added advantage.
You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic technology environment.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop modern Workspace front-end experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components.
• Translate functional requirements and technical specifications into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow applications while following platform development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
• Contribute to platform improvements and adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including CSM, Now Assist, and Agentic AI where applicable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 6+ years of relevant hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and developing Workspace front‑end experiences.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, development standards, and best practices.
• Experience working with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), Now Assist, or Agentic AI implementations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high‑quality solutions within a contract‑based engagement.
