Job summary

Coforge is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect in Bengaluru with 8+ years of experience to lead architecture, governance, and ITSM/HRSD/CMDB workflows. You will drive instance strategy, establish governance models, and guide multi-team engagements across sales and delivery.

Responsibilities include shaping customer roadmaps, providing advisory across programs, and ensuring health of ServiceNow instances by applying leading practices and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent.
• Demonstrated management consulting experience.
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced environment.
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Industry domain expertise, enterprise architecture experience.
• Large program experience leading architecture and design, cloud application technology experience.
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB).
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation.
• Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
