Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive platform strategy and delivery from Pune/Bangalore. You will lead the team, define ITSM processes per ITIL, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to implement robust solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on scripting, integration experience, and strong communication to drive enterprise-wide adoption and value from the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, customizations, and integrations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or equivalent are preferred.
