Work Experience: 6-11 years

Location: Pune or Delhi NCR, India

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow ITAM solutions
• Implement and configure IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and best practices
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems
• Develop and maintain customizations and configurations for SAM/HAM modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes

Technical Requirements

• 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development and deployment
• Strong knowledge of ITAM processes and best practices
• Experience with advanced SAM or HAM configurations and customizations
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with third‑party systems
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus
