Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules across risk and compliance domains.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, assessments, controls, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Develop integrations, automation, and reporting within the platform.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.
