Qualifications

Responsibilities

ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer** to design, develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong hands‑on experience with **Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)**, combined with solid ServiceNow development, JavaScript and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow **IRM/GRC** solutions.
• Configure and enhance **Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Vendor/Third-Party Risk** capabilities.
• Develop and customize workflows, forms, notifications, reports and dashboards.
• Translate business and risk‑management requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop using **JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer**.
• Build and maintain integrations with external platforms and data sources using **REST/SOAP APIs**.
• Support data loading and transformation using ServiceNow capabilities such as Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Maintain and enhance existing IRM/GRC solutions with a focus on reliability, performance and scalability.
• Develop technical designs, test plans and related implementation documentation.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery.
• Follow ServiceNow development, testing and coding standards.

Required Experience

• **5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.**
• **3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience.**
• Demonstrated experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
• Strong hands‑on development experience with **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting**.
• Experience with **Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer**.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs**.
• Experience working with enterprise risk, compliance and control processes.
• Understanding of relevant frameworks such as **NIST, ISO 27001 and SOX**.
• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

• **ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)**
• **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)**
• **ServiceNow IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist**

Preferred Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates with **real implementation experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC**. Generic ServiceNow ITSM development experience alone is not sufficient.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a customized ServiceNow environment and should have strong hands‑on experience with **JavaScript, IRM configuration, workflow development, integrations and enterprise risk‑management use cases**.
