Job summary

InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to lead the development, configuration, and customization of IRM modules. You will design complex IRM workflows, implement custom scripting, and integrate IRM with internal and external systems to support compliance, risk management, and business continuity.

Expect to lead modules like Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, VRM, and Regulatory Change Management, with strong scripting and REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM.
• Experience leading IRM development across modules.
• Strong scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM via REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and RAM.
• Configure notifications, SLAs, reporting, and script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows.
• Set up and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external systems.
• Perform data imports and exports while ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.
• Provide technical guidance, best practice expertise, and application troubleshooting for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.

In this role, you will design complex IRM workflows, implement custom scripting, and seamlessly integrate ServiceNow IRM with internal and external enterprise systems to support business continuity, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

What will your role look like

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change Management, and BCM.
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure notifications, SLAs, reporting, and script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flows.
• Set up and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server integrations between ServiceNow IRM and external systems.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS) certification.

• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, data management, and API integrations.
