Job summary

You will work in an enterprise environment, advising customers on best practices, implementing Catalog items, scripted REST APIs, data migration, and complex workflows, and collaborating in an Agile team to deliver reliable, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

We are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with strong expertise in IRM/GRC modules, configuration, development, integrations, and production support.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with strong experience in IRM/GRC.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Experience with Service Catalog – Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, Workflows, and Inbound Email Actions.
• Hands‑on experience with Scripted REST APIs and third‑party integrations, including enhancing existing integrations.
• Experience with data migration, Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts.
• Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production Support.
• Experience working on different ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Ability to advise customers and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and solution design.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
