Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Asset Lifecycle: Manage procurement, deployment, assignment, transfer, retirement, and disposal of hardware assets
• Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SCCM, Intune, procurement tools)
• CMDB & Discovery: Ensure accurate asset records, normalization, and reconciliation with CMDB/Discovery
• Workflow Automation: Configure HAM Pro workflows, catalog items, and lifecycle playbook
• Reporting & Compliance: Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track asset utilization and compliance

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of HAM Pro module and ITAM best practice
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM module
