Job summary

Jinrai Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with deep HAM/HAM Pro expertise to join our team in a hands-on role. The candidate will lead HAM implementation, ITAM processes and CMDB-related work, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.

The right person will demonstrate mastery of scripting, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations with SCCM/Intune/JAMF, SAP/Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across asset management lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands‑on experience in ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery and Procurement workflows.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Glide APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits, model normalization and compliance tracking.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, business analysts, process owners and client stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
