Job summary

Elance Group seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead ITAM/SAM/HAM development. The role covers configuring SAM/HAM, normalization, and reclamation workflows, with data model updates across assets, CMDB, and contracts.

You will build integrations via REST/SOAP and manage transforms, mapping, and Import Sets. Responsibilities include creating flows, business rules, UI policies, and ensuring data quality, performance, and accurate lifecycle metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years on ServiceNow with 4+ years focused on ITAM/SAM/HAM development.
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, MID Server, imports/transforms, and data mapping.
• Nice-to-have certifications ServiceNow SAM Professional/HAM Specialist, CSA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BA and CMDB/Discovery teams to ensure data consistency.

• Collaborate with BA and CMDB/Discovery teams to ensure data consistency.

Required Qualifications
