About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow development, workflow automation, integrations, and ITSM processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and platform administrators to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Implement and enhance ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, LDAP, and web services.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation, test cases, and deployment plans.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices for security, governance, and platform performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Service Portal and custom application development.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or HAM are advantageous.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per month
