Job summary

Majesco in Navi Mumbai is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules. You will configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions to deliver solutions across domains.

You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics, and build integrations using Integration Hub, including Jira.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Strong ITSM and CSM knowledge.
• Proficient in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules.
• Experience with Integration Hub and Jira integrations.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, Workflow, UI Policies, and Performance Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
